The project aims to enhance a historic building located in the famous Art Deco Historic District in Miami Beach.Preserving the existing historical elements, the idea of the concept was to create a place used as a Boutique Hotel where you could breathe luxury and exclusivity. Natural materials and soft colors give a welcoming and relaxing harmony. 
The aim was to combine respect for history with a fresh and contemporary vision.
